Pittsburgh rapper Jimmy Wopo who was killed yesterday after suffering a gunshot to the head is now being investigated by detectives according to CBS Pittsburgh. Jimmy Wopo was shot while sitting in a 2007 Mazda yesterday as he sat on the passenger side alongside a friend who was left in stable condition. Police are investigating Jimmy Wopos murder and believe the 21 year old rapper may have been involved in several shootings. Police are hoping to speak to witnesses who they say were too afraid to speak up, but since Wopo has died, they hope those witnesses no longer fear for their life and will speak on what they know. One Police source reportedly called Wopo a “Hill District Terror”. Wopos lawyer told KDKA the rapper was a good young man was out of the “Thug Life”. Wopo reportedly had spoke to his lawyer before dying and expressed how excited he was to sign his new record deal and go on tour. Wopo leaves behind 2 children and one that he had on the way.
