PENNSYLVANIA- A man was killed by a stray as he was eating his Thanksgiving dinner, police say.
Edilberto Miguel Palaez Moctezuma, 25, was sitting down to eat his Thanksgiving dinner around 9:30 pm on Thursday when a bullet flew in his window and struck him in the torso, Montgomery County prosecutors said in a press release.
He was flown to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Palaez Moctezuma was killed after the alleged shooter, Kevon Clarke, 19, his girlfriend and two others were kicked out of a near-by Thanksgiving dinner party after allegedly stealing alcohol.
Clarke fired at least 7 shots in the dispute over the stolen liquor, prosecutors say.
Clarke, charged with first-degree murder, remains on the loose.
