CHICAGO- Ye, Drake and other celebrities were in attendance for Virgil Abloh’s memorial service in Chicago Monday.
Virgil’s close friends including Tyler The Creator, Kylie Jenner, Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Kim. K and others paid their respects to the designer.
Tyler The Creator broke down in tears when speaking of Virgil, and Lauryn Hill performed with a gospel choir in a touching tribute.
The 41-year-old first black creative director for Louis Vuitton and his brand Off-White died on Sunday after a private battle with cardiac angiosarcoma, which is a rare aggressive form of cancer.
He was battling cancer for two years.
