Rapper Travis Scott has been yanked from Coachella’s lineup after the Astroworld tragedy that killed 10 people and injured hundreds of other fans.
Travis was set to be one of the festival’s headliners.
The announcement comes after a change.org petition called for the “Sicko Mode” rapper to be pulled, totaling more 60,000 signatures as of Sunday.
The petition reads: “With the recent tragedy and unnecessary death at Travis Scott’s Astroworld concert, due to Scott’s own gross negligence and sheer lack of compassion for human life, we ask AEG, Paul Tollet, and Goldenvoice to remove his [sic] as performer at all of their festivals.”
Travis is facing multiple lawsuits and refused to take any responsibility during a recent interview earlier this week.
