LOS ANGELES- Police have arrested a man accused of fatally shooting a Taco Bell employee during an argument over counterfeit money, police say.
LAPD Chief Michel Moore announced the arrest during the victim’s vigil Tuesday night, according to Fox 11.
The suspect allegedly fatally shot 41-year-old Alejandro Garcia in the torso at the Taco Bell’s drive-thru Saturday night.
Garcia had got into an argument with two men after they attempted to pay him with counterfeit money. One of the men pulled a gun out and shot Garcia.
The suspect is currently being held on $2 million bail.
