TEXAS- Two brothers and their friend were arrested after they beat their stepfather to death after he sexually abused their sister, police say.
Alejandro Trevino, 18, and Christian Trevino, 17, became “enraged” after the allegations against their 42-year-old stepdad, Gabriel Quintanilla and confronted him last week at his home, KGRV reported.
A fight ensued between the two brothers and Quintanilla at his trailer park home, but all three left before another fight started.
This time, Juan Eduardo Melendez, an 18-year-old friend of the brothers joined in on the second fight.
The three teens left the trailer park and returned for a third time where they found Quintanilla injured, walking along a road. They beat him with brass knuckles and dumped his body in a field where he was dead on Thursday.
Christian Trevino and Melandez were charged with capital murder and aggravated assault. Alexandro Trevino was charged with aggravated assault and engaging in organized criminal activity.
