Rapper Baby Cino was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting minutes after being released from Miami-Dade jail Wednesday.
The 20-year-old rapper, whose real name is Timothy Starks, had just walked out of the jail Wednesday afternoon after posting bond on a gun charge, reports the Sun-Sentinel.
Several minutes later, as he was riding in his red Nissan, he was ambushed by a gunman in another vehicle in the middle of traffic.
Starks died from a gunshot to his head. He was reportedly still wearing the wristband given to him at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
Miami-Dade police identified another victim in the shooting as Starks friend, Dante’ Collins Banks, 20. He had picked up Starks from the jail. His condition is unknown, reports The Miami Herald.
Police have made no arrests.
