GEORGIA- A man has been taken into custody after allegedly shooting and killing a woman outside of a bowling alley.
Lakevia Jackson, 31, was fatally shot outside of the Metro Fun Center on March 17 after an argument inside of the establishment with another female.
Police say Jackson and her family were bowling next to the suspect, identified as 25-year-old Joshua Fleetwood and his date when video footage shows an argument ensue over a bowling ball, reports PEOPLE.
The argument spilled out into the parking lot, where Jackson and Fleetwood’s date were going to fight each other until guns were brought out, according to Atlanta police.
Jackson suffered multiple fatal gunshot wounds, and police say Fleetwood was allegedly the person who shot her.
Fleetwood was arrested on warrants charging him with felony murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
He’s currently being held at Fulton County Jail.
Jackson and rapper Young Thug share a child together. He has yet to comment.
