CALIFRONIA- The bodies of two missing women who were last seen at a wedding were discovered dead inside a car submerged in a river, police say.
The bodies were identified as Alyssa Ros, 23, and Xylona Gama, 22.
The pair were last seen alive at the Spring Creek Country Club on Sunday.
Police received a call from a country club employee after he noticed a car submerged in a river. Authorities ran the car’s plates, and it matched the vehicle in the case of the missing women.
Foul play is not suspected, but there is an ongoing investigation.
Family members of the women contacted police after they were unable to contact either of the women.
