CALIFORNIA- Rapper A$AP Rocky was released on $550,000 bond after his arrest at LAX airport on Wednesday for allegedly shooting an acquaintance of his in 2021.
The rapper, whose real name is Rakim Myers, was taken into police custody on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after arriving at Los Angeles from a vacay with Rihanna, who’s pregnant with his baby.
The rapper was released three hours after his arrest, reports NBC.
A$AP is due in court on Aug. 17.
