MISSISSIPPI- A pregnant mother was shot and killed outside of a club on Sunday as she out with friends.
30-year-old Takila Gross, who was pregnant with her third child, was out with a few of her friends when she was killed in front of the Roosevelt’s Club, her mother told WREG-TV.
According to WMC-TV, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office said there was an altercation between two people that erupted into gunfire. Gross was caught in the crossfire as she was sitting in the vehicle.
Gross was sitting in a vehicle when she was shot once in her head.
Police later arrested 38-year-old Andre Norman. He was charged with one count of first-degree murder.
