Hot Dog Vendor Left With Life-Threatening Injuries, 2 Men Arrested

AUSTIN, TEXAS- Two men have been arrested after brutally beating a hot dog vendor, according to police.

Bobby Wynn, 19, and Jeremy Delgado, 21, were charged with second-degree felony aggravated assault for allegedly assaulting the vendor Wednesday morning, reports KXAN.

A witness allegedly told KXAN that Delgado was seen arguing with the vendor about the $6 price before both men allegedly “punched and kicked” the vendor who was left bloody.

The victim was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

He suffered a lacerated liver, a gash to his head and pain throughout his body.

The suspects fled the scene but were caught by police in a parking lot.
