Rapper Casanova Pleads Guilty To Drug, Racketeering Charges

Rapper Casanova pleaded guilty to racketeering and drug charges in a gang-related federal racketeering case.

The Brooklyn rapper, whose real name is Caswell Senior, admitted to committing offenses that included a robbery in NYC and conspiring to traffic marijuana, prosecutors said, reports USA Today.

Senior, 35, was charged in a 2020 indictment against more than a dozen members of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation Gang.

Prosecutors say they dropped two other serious charges as part of his plea deal, according to USA Today.

Casanova is facing a minimum sentence of 5 year in prison. He will be sentenced on Dec. 6.
