PHILADELPHIA- A Chick-fil-A employee was shot Monday night during a dispute with a delivery driver over a food order, authorities say.
Officers responded to the scene around 8:30 p.m. to the delivery only restaurant.
A 17-year-old male was found by police with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was taken to a hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
Employees say that the suspect and victim gotten into an argument over the amount of food in an order. The delivery driver claimed the order had less food than what was ordered.
The driver shot the employee before fleeing the scene.
The suspect remains on the loose.
