Former Portland Trail Blazer and Purdue Boilermakers player Caleb Swanigan has died at the age of 25.
According to news outlets in Indiana, Caleb died of natural causes.
His death was also confirmed by Purdue University.
Swanigan played three NBA seasons with Portland and Sacramento.
Swanigan won Indiana’s Mr. Basketball award in 2015 was named Big Ten player of the year in 2017, which made him a consensus first-team All American and a finalist for the Naismith Award that same season.
