Nipsey Hussle Murder Suspect Reportedly Beaten In Jail, Unable To Attend Trial

LOS ANGELES- Rapper Nipsey Hussle’s accused killer, Eric Holder, was reportedly beaten up in jail and unable to attend to trial Tuesday, according to Rolling Stone.

Holder, 32, was beaten up after he left a Los Angeles courtroom around 4 p.m. on Monday.

It’s unclear where the incident happened, as Holder is supposed to be kept away from other inmates when he’s transported to court due to high-profile case.

Judge County Superior Court Judge H. Clay Jacke excused the jury Tuesday morning, telling them to return to court Wednesday “unless they receive a call saying otherwise”, according to reports.

A medical examiner was set to testify Tuesday that the 33-year-old rapper, whose real name is Ermias Asghedom, died after suffering at least ten gunshot wounds to his head and torso, which severed his spine.

Holder is accused of murdering Nipsey on March 31, 2019, as the rapper was in front of his clothing store, The Marathon.
