ILLINOIS- Police have arrested the gunman suspected of allegedly killing 6 people and injuring 36 more during a parade in the suburb of Highland on 4th of July, police said.
Robert ‘Bobby’ Crimo III, 22, was arrested Monday.
The suspect, an aspiring Chicago rapper, has 30 songs on Spotify and his Facebook fan page had 223 followers.
Crimo’s videos on his YouTube page reportedly displayed violence and death. One of his music videos for the song titled “Toy Soldier”, shows a stick-figure animation firing a gun at people and later lying down in a pool of blood after being shot by police, with the lyrics “I just want to scream/F**ck this world/Livin’ the dream.”
Crimio III is accused of opening fire on a crowd of people from a rooftop at a 4th of July parade Monday.
