Man Working On ‘Law & Order’ Set Is Fatally Shot In Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, NYC- A man working on a ‘Law & Order’ set in Brooklyn was fatally shot on Tuesday morning, police said.

The man, whose identity has not been disclosed, had been working to reserve parking spots for the series that was being shot in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn, according to reports.

He was sitting in a car with an orange cone on top of it around 5:15 a.m. when the gunman approached him, opened the car door, and fired several times.

The victim was struck in his neck and face and was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries.

The suspect fled the scene before police arrived, and it’s unclear if the victim knew the suspect.

According to the NY Daily News, the victim was also working as security on the set of Law & Order: Organized Crime.
