Charlotte Hornets Player Miles Bridges Charged With Domestic Violence

LOS ANGELES- Charlotte Hornets forward Miles Bridges has been charged for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend in front of their two children in last month.

The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday that Bridges has been charged with two counts of child abuse under circumstances, two counts of injuring a child’s parent and conditions likely to cause great bodily injury or death.

All three charges are felonies.

The charges also include allegations of causing great bodily injury on the domestic violence victim, who was Bridge’s girlfriend.

The incident happened “on or about June 27 and 28”, authorities said.

The NBA free agent is scheduled to be arraigned at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday.
