NYC- A man accused of smearing his feces on a woman’s face as she sat on a bench at a subway station had his face scalded with boiling water after he was attacked by another inmate in Riker’s Island, authorities said.
Frank Abrokwa, 37, is reportedly permanently scarred after another inmate who goes by the name of “Burns” attacked him with boiling water, according to Fox News.
Abrokwa is accused of allegedly defecating in a bag before smearing it on the face of a 43-year-old woman who was sitting on a bench inside a Bronx subway station in Feb.
Video footage also shows Abrokwa hitting the woman on her head several times.
He was charged with assault, menacing, reckless endangerment and harassment.
