Capital Rioter Who Wore Jacket With His Name On It Pleads Guilty

CAPITOL HILL – A Capitol rioter who wore a jacket with his company’s name on it as he was seen kicking a window in pleaded guilty Friday to the destruction of the federal property.

Faulkner agreed to pay $10,560 in restitution to cover the repairs for the damage and could possibly face up to eight months in jail, according to NBC News.

Faulkner, 41, turned himself in to police custody days after he was caught on video kicking a window in at Capitol Hill on Jan. 6, 2021, as he wore a “Faulkner Painting” jacket that also displayed the phone number of his Columbus, Ohio business.
