CALIFORNIA- A$AP Mob member A$AP Relli is accusing A$AP Rocky of shooting him, and now plans to sue the rapper, according to Rolling Stone.
The allegations come after the 33-year-old Harlem rapper was arrested for his alleged involvement in a shooting that happened Nov. 6 2021. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon after landing in Los Angeles from a vacay he had with Rihanna.
A$AP Relli, whose real name is Terell Ephron, is now claiming he was the victim in that alleged shooting.
Ephron’s lawyers told Rolling Stone he plans on suing the rapper in a civil court for causing “irreparable harm to his career in the entertainment industry” as a result of the alleged altercation.
Relli’s legal team told the outlet “After arriving at the location, a conversation ensued whereby without provocation, warning, or any justification, A$AP Rocky produced the handgun and intentionally fired multiple shots at Mr. Ephron.”
Police said in April that two “acquaintances” got into an argument which led to a shooting. Rocky allegedly fled the scene with two other males.
