MIAMI- An OnlyFans model accused of killing her boyfriend has been denied bond.
Courtney Clenney, 26, appeared in court Saturday morning on a second-degree murder charge for the alleged killing of her boyfriend, Christian Obumseli.
Clenney was denied bond after she was extradited to Florida from Hawaii.
Her lawyer told a judge that there wasn’t enough evidence to keep the OnlyFans “model” on a murder charge and asked that she be released on bail pending charges, reports WPLG.
The judge denied the request and said, “at best it’s manslaughter”, sending Clenney back to Miami-Dade County jail.
Clenney is accused of fatally stabbing Obumseli on April 3 in their Miami complex apartment during an argument. She wasn’t arrested until Aug. 10.
Her lawyer claims she acted in self-defense, but she suffered no injuries.
Clenney claims she throw a knife at Obumseli from 10 feet away, but according to the medical examiner, she was standing right in front of him when she stabbed him in the chest.
Newly released surveillance footage shows Clenney punching Obumseli several times in the head in the elevator of their building.
Prosecutors say she was the ‘aggressor” in the relationship.
