Singer Ne-Yo has filed a motion to find his ex-wife in contempt of court for allegedly violating a term of the court agreement, which forbids either of them from harassing each other during their current divorce negations, according to iHeart.
This comes after the singer’s ex-wife, Crystal Renay, posted the status of their relationship, and accused her ex-hubby of allegedly cheating on her on social media.
The couple claim their marriage is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation,” reports Radar Online.
Ne-Yo has is also demanding joint physical custody of their children and disagrees with Renay’s request for temporary custody and permanent alimony along with primary custody of their kid.
He’s agreed to pay child support but is refusing the idea of spousal support.
Ne-Yo and Crystal married in 2016. Renay filed for divorce Aug. 1, after accusing the singer of cheating on her with numerous women throughout their 8-year-long relationship.
