Singer Jesse Powell, known for his 1996 hit song “You” has died at the age of 55.
Powell died on Tuesday, according to his family members.
The singer died “peacefully” passed away in his Los Angeles home, according to his sisters, singers Trina and Tamara Powell.
“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother and uncle Jesse Powell, Tamara posted on Instagram.
His cause of death is unknown at this time.
