Tory Lanez Sued By Pregnant Woman For Alleged Hit-And-Run

Singer Tory Lanez is being sued by a pregnant woman who claims he allegedly ran into her car and fled the scene.

Lanez is being sued by a couple, named Krisha Grullon and Jesse, claiming he sideswiped them with his vehicle in Miami on New Year’s Day in 2021, and allegedly fled the scene afterwards, reports TMZ.

The couple allege they exited a highway and stopped at a red light at the end of the off-ramp, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Tory allegedly came out of nowhere and struck their car from the rear side with his green Bentley SUV.

The Grullon’s claim that Tory never got out of his car, and instead, he allegedly fled the scene.

Krisha claims she was four months pregnant at the time of the alleged incident.

The couple wants Tory to sit down for a deposition, which they wanted conducted in 2023. They also claim that Tory hasn’t responded to their claims in the 45-day’s they’ve given him.

Tory’s attorney, Andell Brown reached out to TMZ, telling the outlet that the lawsuit is basically a joke.

Brown said the couple claims the accident happened in Jan., but the claims weren’t made to Tory’s car insurance until July.

His attorney says the story is made up.

Brown claims that the insurance claim was made, the company investigated the claim and concluded there was no basis to the claim.
