THE BRONX- A 17-year-old has been arrested and is facing murder charges in the fatal shooting of a teen Drill rapper, police say.
The teen suspect, whose name is being withheld due to his age was arrested in The Bronx in connection to the Sept. 25 killing of up & coming rapper, Jordany Arcena.
Arcena was on E 141 in Mott Haven when 5 masked gunmen began firing at him.
He was shot once in the chest and arm. Arcena was taken to Lincoln hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police are searching for four other suspects.
Authorities believe that the incident wasn’t gang-related, and it may have been over lyrics in one of Arcena’ songs, where he allegedly speaks on dead gang members and other Drill rappers.
