NEW JERSEY- Drill rapper Tsu Surf was arrested on Thursday by Federal authorities on a federal RICO charge.
The U.S Marshals Service NY NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Surf at a home in Jersey City, sources say, reports Fox5 News.
