Rapper Gunna Denied Bond Again In RICO Case; Here’s Why

ATLANTA- Rapper Gunna was denied bond again by a judge.

The YSL rapper, whose real name is Sergio Kitchens, was denied bond via video conference, reports Fox5 Atlanta.

Gunna has been behind bars since May, after he was arrested with rapper Young Thug, and dozens of others as they were named in an indictment with violating the RICO act.

Gunna is being accused of allegedly running YSL with Thugga and others, which prosecutors say is a gang.

Court documents say YSL is allegedly linked to drug, and weapon trafficking in Atlanta. Some named in the indictment are accused of murders, but not Gunna or Young Thug.

The RICO trial has been rescheduled, as prosecutors say that most defendants don’t have a lawyer.
