ATLANTA- Rapper Gunna’s attorney have filed a fourth bond motion just days after he was denied bond.
According to 11Alive, the motion was made Tuesday.
The rapper, whose real name is Sergio Kitchens, has been behind bars since May after he was indicted on RICO charges with rapper Young Thug and 2 dozen others.
At Thursday’s proceedings, the prosecution stated witness intimidation as a reason to dent the Atlanta rapper’s bond.
