Suspects Caught Trying To Flush Pounds Of Marijuana Down Toilet

GEORGIA- A pair of suspects are accused of allegedly trying to flush pounds of marijuana down a toilet in an attempt to hide the evidence from police.

Officers from the Clayton County Police Department’s Narcotics Unit and SWAT executed a search warrant at a home on Oct. 20 as part of an ongoing investigation, according to Fox News.

Police say during the raid, they found 41 pounds of marijuana, some of which the suspects were attempting to flush.

Authorities said they also found 35 grams of mushrooms, 29 grams of Oxycodone, a rifle, 1 pint of Promethazine, 5 handguns, cash and drug paraphernalia.
