SOUTH KOREA- At least 149 people were killed and 150 suffered injuries in a stampede when a huge crowd were celebrating Halloween in an alley way in South Korea’s capital Saturday night, according to reports.
Disturbing video footage shows dozens of dead bodies lying on the ground with blue tarps over them as police and first responders can be seen performing CPR on others.
Many of the attendees were dressed up in Halloween costumes.
This was reportedly the first Halloween event in Seoul after 3 years.
There is an investigation into what caused the deadly stampede.
