CALIFORNIA- A judge has issued a bench warrant for rapper Chief Keef from his previous DUI arrest after he failed to appear in court.
The Chicago rapper was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday but didn’t show up, so the judge issued a $10,000 bench warrant for his arrest, according to TMZ.
Police tell TMZ that police were running plates during a routine traffic stop in Oct. when Chief was pulled over driving on a suspended license or revoked license.
When police saw an active warrant from the DUI case, the rapper was booked and released without bail.
He was supposed to appear in court on Wednesday but failed to do so, resulting in his new warrant being issued.
