HOUSTON – Rapper Takeoff’s alleged killer was reportedly jailed last week in Houston.
“Lil Cam 5th” was arrested last week for a felony charge of unlawful carry of a weapon.
16-year-old Lil Cam 5th, whose real name is Joshua Cameron, is an alleged member of Mob Ties Records, which is owned by J Prince Jr., who is being accused of being connected to the rapper’s death.
Cameron is currently being held in Harris County jail.
His latest arrest is a violation of the terms of his bond and faces more charges, if charged with Takeoff’s death.
Cameron was out on bail for a previous felony after being released from jail in April.
His record label says his death was due to a stray bullet, but the math isn’t adding up..
