Rapper Offset was presented with the key to his hometown of Gwinnett County while hosting the inaugural Toy Giveaway.
The mayor of Lawrenceville was in attendance to present the Migos rapper with the key, and to thank him for his continued philanthropy work in the community.
“I just wanted to give back to my community. Thanks to all the kids for always supporting me and always listening to me and always being there for me, you know,” he said to the crowd, according to Fox 5 Atlanta.
He added “Ya’ll hold me up. You know we’ve been going through a tough time,” referring to the sudden death of his cousin and fellow Migos rapper Takeoff.
Offset posted photos of the event on his Instagram.
