ATLANTA- An Atlanta nightclub closed its doors after one of the owners was fatally shot outside of the building.
The Republic Lounge announced the news on social media Friday. They posted a video with a caption that read “RIP @REPUBLICATL 2019/2023.”
Co-Owner Michael Gidewon was shot and killed outside of the lounge on February 4.

Police say that man is the alleged suspect, but no arrest has been made.
