WASHINGTON- A former stunt double for rapper Eminem has died after he was fatally struck by a truck as he was crossing a street last month, police said.
Ryan Shepard, 40, was rushed to a hospital after the accident last month, but couldn’t be resuscitated, his brother told TMZ.
Shepard has toured with Eminem, also known as his other alter-ego Slim Shady, in his 2002 Anger Management Tour. Shepard also flew into the MTA Awards as the Detroit rappers alter-ego, Rapper Boy, according to TMZ.
His brother told the outlet that after working for Eminem in the music industry, Shepard went on to work as a test automation manager and also worked as a mechanical ride engineer for Disney.
He leaves behind two children, ages 7 and 11.
