NYC- Boxer Gervonta Davis is facing more legal troubles as he’s being hit with another lawsuit for allegedly sucker-punching a parking attendant.
Arturo Jimenez claims the professional boxer struck him in the chest as he waited for his car in the garage on March 8, 2022.
Davis as staying at the Hotel Continental in Times Square, across from the Edison Park Fast Garage on West 44 Street. Jimenez says he didn’t know the boxer asked another employee for his car.
The troubled boxer approached Jimenez and told him “Stop f***ing playing with me” before allegedly punching him in the chest.
The parking attendant was then pulled into the office as Davis continued to allegedly yell and “curse”, demanding the keys to his car, despite allegedly initially refusing to pay.
Jimenez reported the incident to the police the following day.
Davis is sued for allegedly causing “multiple bodily injuries” to Jimenez.
Davis is set to fight Ryan Garcia on April 22 in Las Vegas.
