Drill Rapper Tsu Surf Pleads Guilty To RICO, Firearms Charges

NEW YORK- Rapper Tsu Surf has pleaded guilty to Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) conspiracy charges.

The rapper, whose real name is Rahjon Cox, pleaded guilty in a New Jersey federal court Thursday to two counts of a superseding indictment charging him with Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) conspiracy and possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon, according to Rolling Stone.

The Drill rapper is accused of being a Rollin’ 60’s Neighborhood Crip member, committing acts of violence and distributing drugs in New Jersey, the outlet reports.

Surf allegedly shot at a rival gang member in 2017 and in 2019 was in possession of two loaded firearms.

He faces up to 20 years in prison on the racketeering conspiracy count, and up to 10 years on the charge of being a felon in possession of a weapon. Both counts also carry a fine of up to $20,000 each.

He’s scheduled to appear in court again on September 12.
