LOS ANGELES- Odell Beckham Jr. will not be facing charges, after a woman claimed he grabbed her by the throat inside of a nightclub in April.
Prosecutors said on Tuesday that they will not be charging Beckham Jr. due to lack of evidence that supports the woman’s claims.
Prosecutors said surveillance video from inside of the Delilah nightclub “contradicts the complaining witness” account of events… The video does not capture any battery,” TMZ Sports reported.
There were also no other witnesses, and one of the woman’s friends, who claimed that the battery happened, could not confirm her story.
Beckham Jr. maintained his innocence.
