MEMPHIS- Rapper Gangsta Boo’s cause of death has been revealed.
According to an autopsy, the rapper’s manner of death has been ruled an accidental overdose.
The report states the Memphis rapper overdosed on fentanyl, cocaine and alcohol.
Gangsta Boo, 43, died on New Year’s Eve. She was found unresponsive inside of a home and was pronounced dead at the scene.
