Rapper Drake has revealed that he was the mystery bidder who placed a $1.02 million bid for Tupac’s custom-shaped ring.
Sotheby’s in New York confirmed Drake indeed was the buyer and the auction house said the sale makes it the most valuable Hip Hop artifact ever sold at auction.
Tupac wore the ring during his last public appearance when he showed up at the MMTV Video Music Awards in 1996.
