UK- A British nurse accused of killing seven babies was found guilty on Friday.
Lucy Letby, 33, was found guilty in the deaths of five infant boys and two girls between 2015 and 2016 at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
The jury deliberated for 22 days before reaching a verdict. Jurors believe Letby deliberately harmed the babies by injecting air into their bloodstreams, administering air or milk into their stomachs and poisoned them with insulin.
The former nurse was acquitted on one charge of attempted murder, and the jury failed to return a verdict on several other charges.
Letby faces life in prison.
