Rapper Splash Zanotti Sentenced To 40 Years In Florida Home Invasion

FLORIDA- Rapper Splash Zanotti was sentenced to prison this week for his role in a home invasion.

The Florida rapper, whose real name is Kejuan Brandon Campbell, was sentenced by a judge to more than 40 years in prison on Thursday.

A judge found Campbell and two other men guilty of conspiracy to kidnap, two counts of kidnapping, three counts of bank robbery, and three counts of carrying firearms during a crime of violence, the Sun Sentinel reports.

All three men were convicted in Feb.

Dionte “Trap Savage” Alexander-Wilcox was sentenced to life in prison and Antonio Charles “Yung Fokiss” James Jr. was sentenced in June to serve 41 years.

Federal prosecutors said the three men were trying to get back $20,000 that was stolen from them by the victim’s nephew.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said the defendants ransacked the older couple’s home and attempted to use CashApp to steal $20,000, but the transactions were declined, according to the news outlet.

Campbell then “forced the wife to travel with him to multiple stores to try to cash $20,000 in checks, “prosecutors said in a news release.

“The other two defendants kept the husband at home, holding him at gunpoint,” they said.

Splash Zanotti was close friends with Florida rapper XXXTentacion, who was killed in a robbery in 2018.
