FLORIDA- Authorities released the name of a white gunman who shot and killed three black people at a Dollar General store on Saturday.
Police identified the shooter as 21-year-old Ryan Christopher Palmeter.
Authorities said the mass shooting was racially motivated, with Palmeter leaving “several manifestos” for the media.
His parents and law enforcement also detailed his hate for Black people.
He had no criminal history and purchased the weapons he used in the shooting legally, police said.
