Hot Boys Rapper B.G. Released From Prison After Serving 12 Years

Rapper B.G. was released from prison Tuesday after serving 12 years in prison.

The founding member of the 90’s rap group Hot Boys was welcomed home by Cash Money founder Birdman on Instagram Live, who also gave him gifts as the rapper seemed overwhelmed.

B.G. was arrested during a traffic stop when cops discovered three guns inside of his vehicle. Two of the guns were stolen. B.G. entered a guilty plea deal for two counts of firearm possession and one of conspiracy to obstruct justice two years later.

He was sentenced to 14 years in a federal prison.

B.G. had just celebrated his 43rd birthday this past weekend while behind bars.
