Tory Lanez Reapplies For Bail Pending His Appeal In Megan Thee Stallion Shooting Case

LOS ANGELES- Attorneys for singer Tory Lanez has have filed another motion for his release on bail pending the appeal of his sentence in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting case, according to reporter Meghan Cuniff.

This is the second motion submitted by his defense team since Tory was sentenced to serve a 10 years in August. The first motion was denied in September by the same judge who sentenced him, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge David Herriford.

Cuniff shared information on the new motion on October 10 on X.

Tory was sentenced for shooting rapper Megan Thee Stallion in her foot after they were kicked out of Kylie Jenner’s party in the Hollywood Hills due to drunken behavior.
