Rapper C-Knight has died at 52.
The Dove Shack member died on Tuesday, Nov. 7, after he was removed from life support by his family, per TMZ.
The rapper was admitted two weeks ago after his blood sugar was at a “scary level” for a diabetic on Oct. 18. While he was receiving dialysis in the hospital, he suffered a stroke which led to him going into cardiac arrest.
Doctors were able to resuscitate him, but he had no brain activity and was placed on life support by his family.
Last week, his family were waiting for an MRI scan to see if he had any brain activity.
C-Knight was one-third of the short-lived hip-hop group, along with rappers Bo-Roc and 2Scoops. They released two albums an led the way for the West Coast G-Funk music movement in the 90’s.
