LOS ANGELES – Tiffany Haddish has been officially charged with D.U.I after her arrest on Thanksgiving.
Haddish was charged Wednesday with two misdemeanors, one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of driving with at least a 0.008% blood alcohol level, according to the Los Angeles Times.
She is set to be arraigned on Dec. 22.
The 44-year-old actress was arrested on Nov. 24 after police received a call around 5:45 a.m. about a vehicle that was blocking the road on Beverly Drive near Dayton Way.
Police said they found Haddish inside of the car asleep behind the wheel and she was cited on suspicion of driving under the influence.
This is the second time that Haddish has been charged with a D.U.I.
