Rapper 6ix9ine Must Pay Up $10 Million In Assault Case Involving Stripper, Forced To Sell Assets

MIIAMI, FL – Rapper 6ix9ine must hand over his valuable assets to cover a $9.825 million judgement filed against him in 2021 by a stripper who accused him of assault in a Miami nightclub.

A Miami court has appointed a receiver to handle the Brooklyn rappers’ assets, with said party given the authority to “break any locks necessary to gain access to any real property,” according to TMZ.

Assets that are expected to hit the auction block include 6ix9ine’s Rolls-Royce and his Florida mansion.

The rapper was hit with an aggravated battery lawsuit for allegedly hitting a stripper with a champagne bottle. The stripper, Alexis Salaberrios, who worked at the Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami accused the rapper of throwing a “deadly object with intent to commit serious bodily injury,” which resulted in her going to the ER where she had her head wound stapled close.

The rapper’s attorney Lance Lazzaro told TMZ that 6ix9ine didn’t assault the stripper, adding “There are no video cameras in the establishment. It’s an attempt to shake him down. If he is served properly, we will immediately move to have it dismissed.”

As I wrote before, the rapper recently posted a $9,000 bail for his girlfriend Yalin La Mas Viral, after she was arrested for allegedly assaulting him.
